The Landscape topics are developed around the idea of a coexistence in the project of two scales, two natures: the productive and the human. In the massive scale of the logistic zone, the landscape design aim is to generate the quality and the comfort of the human scale. Sustainability is the other driven principle of this work in order to make the logistic center more efficient. Introducing greenery areas and shaping the morphology in the most efficient way, with a few water feature, we want to provide an extra cooling by water evaporation and shading.
Moreover, the landscape area would absorb a part of the heat produced by pavements reducing the average temperature during the peak hours. Furthermore improving the quality of the streets through vegetation and canopies we would promote the walkability strategy with the intent to save energy and reduce CO2 emissions.
