Engaging the new Enel HQ in Rome for us in P'ARCNOUVEAU is not just defining green areas and developing landscape design around.

This means a more inter-connected challenge, under many aspects.
P'ARCNOUVEAU is completely involved in an overall 6000 squared meters of green design, into a total GFA of approximately 70,000 squared meters.

ENEL Headquarters is a Net Zero Carbon Building – as defined by the World Green Building Council – inspired by regenerative principles in terms of Health and Well-being, pursuing the following features: The whole leading project is fully inspired by regenerative principles and is pursuing LEED®️ v4 BD + C certification at Gold level, and WELL Building Standard®️ v2 New and Existing Building at Gold level.

Furthermore, all building and external elements have been thought and projected in a 100% ecological, sustainable and ethical way: outdoor benches, a running court on the rooftop, a yoga space, an orchards, and much more.
This means applying innovative sustainable and biophilic design principles not only on landscape design, but also to an innovative and a functional use of green design:

a project designed to increase people’s wellbeing through modern and comfortable workspaces, and enhance agile working, keeping the psycho-physical wellbeing of workers at the first place, through the alternation of work environments and indoor and outdoor green spaces, into a bioclimatic, sustainable and biophilic project system.
The new headquarters will be built by applying innovative principles of bioclimatic, sustainable and biophilic design. a BIM model was used for the design, which collects and renders information and 3D representations of the project’s entire life cycle, allowing for a more efficient and sustainable management both of the construction site and the final building.

P'ARCNOUVEAU is proudly part of this huge project, in cooperation with the whole crew:
Antonio Citterio Patricia VIEL (ACPV), Faces Engineering Srl, Manens Tifs Spa, Antonio Corbo.
