Palazzo Parma is a new landscape of hospitality, an act of urban and social regeneration that celebrates tradition and nature. Here, innovation and spiritual reconnection meet, transforming the way of living and sharing well-being.

Located in the heart of the historic centre and an extraordinary example of rationalist architecture, Palazzo Parma was built in 1939 as the headquarters of the local agricultural association, the 'Casa dell'Agricoltore'. Today, this historic building has been reimagined as a living organism capable of breathing and growing. Rooted in the memory of the place and expanding its foliage towards an innovative vision, Palazzo Parma presents itself as a project that interweaves past and future.

The panoramic terraces, the inner courtyard enveloped in greenery and the handcrafted details of the interiors become the protagonists of a visionary journey. The natural landscape insinuates itself into the spaces of the building, occupying the transitional spaces between interior and exterior in a symbiotic dialectic with the architecture. A lush urban jungle defines the style of the interior courtyard. At the same time, green waterfalls cascade down the façades, culminating in a roof garden offering new perspectives on the city of Parma. Light, here, takes on a magical role, amplifying the connection with nature and giving the visitor an immersive and regenerative experience. Great care was taken in selecting materials and prioritising sustainable, natural, and recycled solutions. Whenever feasible, materials from demolition, such as marble aggregates, have been incorporated into the flooring, creating surfaces that tell the story of the building and strengthen the connection with the locality.

Palazzo Parma represents a regenerative and inclusive place, a contemporary expression of the energy and charm of the classic Italian piazza where the human and natural landscape blend harmoniously. Through biophilic and sustainable design, each space is conceived to promote well-being, understood as a balance between body, mind and spirit. The building's agricultural identity, the authentic narrative of the place, is celebrated through initiatives that foster a connection with the city and the surrounding territory to enrich people, culture, and traditions. Pharmacopoeia, a meeting point between science and nature, advocates a scientific approach to health and well-being, enhancing the guests' experience. Through interactive activities and dedicated workshops, visitors can touch and examine plants whose active ingredients form the basis of personal care and valuable foods of plant origin.
