Milano Verticale | UNA Esperienze is an innovative project that aims to respond to the needs of travellers and contemporary citizens receptive to naturalness and ecological value in the city. Reinterpreting the essence of Milan's secret gardens, it fits elegantly into the sober setting of the city centre's austere aristocratic palaces. A hidden oasis in the heart of the financial district, where the tradition of Milanese courtyards meets contemporary sensitivity for nature and urban well-being.

Surrounded by a transparent architectural shrine, the garden appears as a guarded jewel, revealing itself little by little. Inside, the hubbub of the city dissolves in the sound of water flowing down a central rivulet, tracing a fluid boundary between the orderly spaces of the bar and restaurant and the more informal area, where nature expresses itself freely, unexpectedly transforming itself into a garden in all its beauty, ideal for a ‘déjeuner sur l'herbe’. Here, soft green hills welcome liriodendrons, gleditsias and dogwoods, creating a vibrant landscape that changes with the seasons.

Natural materials and craftsmanship give rise to evocative contrasts: the natural metal of the gabions meets stone polished by water, while shale flakes seem to emerge spontaneously from the ground. The large Magnolia grandiflora, a witness to the past, marks the entrance on Via De Cristoforis, connecting the city to the vertical elegance of the building. Two terraces surprise with unprecedented views: one covered, designed for exclusive events, and one on the rooftop, where mobile planterboxes transform the space, offering changing scenarios between the urban skyline and the Alpine arc.
